Lorraine University Lorraine University
Main coordinator of the CNRS GDRI CeSMeR - Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine. Provides financial support for research exchanges between Chinese and French partners. The laboratories, departments, faculties and schools of Université de Lorraine have hundreds of international partnerships around the world. Some sites have nevertheless a particular potential for focus of many collaborations in training and in research, on a wide range of disciplines. Université de Lorraine wants to consolidate its partnership with these sites, by structuring its collaborations within strongly supported and recognized entities. This consolidation should eventually cover a dozen sites or priority regions in the world.

ICUBE ICUBE
Co-organizor of the symposium. Created in 2013, the laboratory brings together researchers of the University of Strasbourg, the CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research), the ENGEES and the INSA of Strasbourg in the fields of engineering science and computer science, with imaging as the unifying theme. With around 650 members, ICube is a major driving force for research in Strasbourg whose main areas of application are biomedical engineering and the sustainable development.

IMoPA depends both on Lorraine University and the INSIS of CNRS (Institute of Sciences of Engineery and Systems). Regenerative Nano Medicine Regenerative Nano Medicine
Co-organizor of the symposium. The UMR 977 was created by the INSERM on January 2009. The activities are organized around various strategies connected to the repair and to the tissue engineering. They concern domains such as tooth engineering, bone repair, bone metastasis and cartilage regeneration. The Unit affiliation is INSERM and University of Strasbourg (UMR-S 1109).

Federation of Translational Medicine of Strasbourg - Helps in the interconnection between the research laboratories in the Strasbourg area for translational medicine. It is financially supporting the symposium.

Calmette hospital is the biggest hospital in north area of Kunming. The Calmette International Hospital, also called the First People's Hospital of Kunming, was established in 1902 by French in Kunming in its history. Former location of the hospital is at No. 35, Xunjin Street, Kunming. Yunnan Affairs Office of French Foreign Ministry named the hospital "Calmette" in 1912. Until 1963, the hospital was officially changed its name to “The First People's Hospital of Kunming”. Nowadays, the Calmette hospital has moved its location to north area of Kunming city, aiming to provide internationalized services to local residents.
